my experience yesterday
chanay ki dal ka halwa
ingredients
1.chickpea or chanay ki daal 3 cups a bit hard boiled
2.ghee 2 cups
3.suger 2 cups
4.cardomom 4
5.fresh milk 1cup
5.powder milk 1 or 2 cup as u like
recipe
1.boil that boiled chickpea in fresh milk till soft n all milk evaporates.
2.mash that boil chickpea in chopper.
3.heat 1 cup oil for 1 minute add cardomom n then add that paste of chickpea to it n fry while stirring till aroma comes.
4.now add suger n keep fryong n stirring till it again starts drying up
5.add 1 cup of remaining ghee and powder milk n keep mix it well.
6.take an oiled tray n take all that batter in it shape it even n sprinkle dry fruits of ur choice .
7.when cool cut into small pieces .keep it refrigated.
